Reiki

Reiki is an ancient form of alternative, energy healing. Universal healing, light energy is transferred through the practioner's hands to the client. This energy encourages emotional, spiritual and physical healing in the best way for the client.

Reiki is a form of Quantum Healing, so it is able to travel through time and space, and can even be sent to the future, and to future events if needed (during an exam, interview, medical procedure, etc So, Reiki can be performed via distance.

​Relaxation Massage​​

This type of massage is also called "Swedish." It is very therapeutic and has many benefits, such as improved circulation and muscle tone, increased endorphins and decreased stress, and soothes those aching and tired muscles very well.

This massage is intended to help those with specific issues. Contrary to popular belief, this massage should not be painful. If you experience pain, that means your muscle is being re-injured. During this massage, I will be monitoring your level of comfort so that you get the best treatment possible.
